2. Scope
This policy applies to the Audimori iOS app (cn.tricosmos.audimori), provided by Guilin Sanyu Technology Co., Ltd. Audimori is a personal audio collection, playback, and organization tool. It does not require an app account and does not provide a built-in music catalog or cross-device cloud synchronization. The advertising disclosures apply to the ad-enabled 1.1.0 release; 1.0.1 does not contain an advertising SDK.
3. Local audio and text
The audio and video you import, extracted audio, artwork, titles, notes, lyrics, transcripts, playlists, and playback positions are stored on your device. The file picker, system photo picker, and share extension process only content you choose or share. Trimming, splitting, and audio extraction take place on your device. We do not operate a cloud server that receives this content.
4. Speech transcription
From 1.1.0, Pro or a rewarded trial provides on-device song-model or Apple speech recognition. The song model is downloaded, verified and cached for offline use; deleting the app or model requires another download. Model downloads do not upload audio. On-device mode does not automatically switch to online recognition. Audio may be sent to Apple’s speech recognition service only after you explicitly choose and confirm online mode. Apple processes that data under its privacy policy (https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/). We do not receive the audio sent to Apple or upload transcripts to our servers. Recognition may contain errors; review the text before saving it.
5. Links and third-party services
Saving a link does not automatically visit the destination. The clipboard is read only when you explicitly paste. When you open an external link, the destination website or app may receive your IP address, requests, and information you submit, subject to its own privacy rules. Check that you trust the destination.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
Pro is available through the Apple App Store as a one-time purchase or an auto-renewable subscription. Apple handles payments, billing, and refunds; we do not receive payment card information. The app reads verified Apple transactions, products, and expiration dates locally to grant or restore access. You can manage subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Deleting the app does not automatically cancel a subscription.
7. Advertising and tracking
Free users may see Google AdMob app-open ads and may opt into rewarded ads. Pro is ad-free. Google may process IP-derived approximate location, device/app identifiers, ad interactions, crash and performance data for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. We request non-personalized ads and do not request IDFA tracking permission. Audio, lyrics, notes and covers are not sent to advertisers. Where required, consent is collected before ads and can be changed in Advertising privacy choices. Model downloads from Hugging Face or our Alibaba Cloud CDN disclose the IP address and requested files to that provider; audio remains on the device. 8. Sharing, backups, and retention
Exports, shares, and backups are sent to the location or recipient you select only when you request them. Backups may contain private audio and text and are not additionally encrypted by the app; keep them secure. Normally deleted items remain in Trash for 30 days. Permanent deletion removes the corresponding local content. Manage system backups, exported files, and copies in other locations separately. Uninstalling the app removes its local app storage; system backup handling depends on your system settings.
9. Your choices and contact
You can edit and delete content, export local backups, and manage speech recognition permission in iOS Settings. There is no Audimori account to close. For privacy or support questions, contact contact@tricosmos.cn. Contact details and messages you voluntarily send are used only to respond to and handle your request. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, or unrelated private recordings.
10. Minors and policy updates
Audimori is a general-purpose tool and is not designed specifically for children. Minors should choose content and use purchase features under a guardian’s guidance. Important changes to data handling will be communicated in the app or on this page. The update date identifies the policy version.
