2. Scope
These terms apply to Amount Converter for iOS version 3.0 and applicable later versions and are between you and Guilin Sanyu Technology Co., Ltd. The privacy policy separately explains personal information processing; applicable App Store rules also apply.
3. Service
The app provides numeric calculation, Chinese uppercase conversion, copying, sharing and local history. It does not provide currency or exchange-rate conversion, payment or financial transactions. Purchases, restoration and advertising require a network connection.
4. Results and use
Results may be affected by input, calculation precision and display rounding. Before using them in contracts, instruments, accounting or other important contexts, verify the numbers, uppercase result and applicable rules. The app does not replace professional advice.
5. License
Subject to these terms and App Store rules, you may use the app on Apple devices you own or control. Do not use it unlawfully, disrupt services or bypass purchase verification. Conduct expressly permitted by law is not restricted.
6. Advertising
The free version may display Google banner and cold-start app-open ads provided by third parties. See the privacy policy for ad privacy choices and related data processing.
7. Purchases and existing entitlements
Remove Ads is a one-time non-consumable purchase with no automatic renewal. Price, payment and refunds are governed by Apple’s purchase screen and applicable rules. Valid purchases of the same product in earlier versions continue to be recognized; restore purchases in Settings. Entitlements update according to Apple verification following a refund or revocation.
8. Local data
History and settings are stored on your device and may be lost if the app is deleted, the device fails or the system clears data. Backups are governed by your system settings. Apple retains purchase records under its rules.
9. Changes and liability
We make reasonable efforts to maintain the app, but networks, devices and third-party services may fail or be interrupted. Material changes will be communicated through the app, store release notes or website; effects on purchased entitlements will be handled according to law. Any limitation of liability applies only as permitted by law and does not exclude non-waivable consumer rights.
10. Apple terms
These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We are responsible for app maintenance, support and claims for which the developer is legally responsible. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support; Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of the relevant terms. Use must comply with applicable App Store rules and third-party terms.

Disputes may first be resolved through consultation, then brought before a court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence are not excluded.
