2. Scope
This policy applies to the Jotmora iOS app provided by Guilin Sanyu Technology Co., Ltd. No account is required.
3. Records on your device
Ideas, memos, text, attachments, audio recordings, tags, reminders and preferences are stored on your device. We do not operate an application server that receives these records. Keyboard dictation is provided by Apple and depends on your system settings.
4. Permissions and system services
The app uses recording, photo selection and notifications when you choose their respective features. You can manage permissions in system settings. Apple handles system services and payments under its own terms: https://www.apple.com/legal/privacy/ .
5. Advertising and privacy choices
Free users may see Google AdMob banner ads; Premium users do not see ads. Google and its partners may process IP address and approximate location, device or app identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostic information. We do not actively send your records, attachments or recordings to the advertising SDK. 6. Ad choices
Where applicable, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) presents privacy messages and choices; you can revisit choices in app settings when required. The app may request Apple’s tracking permission to provide and measure personalized ads across apps and websites. You can decline or change this permission in system settings.
7. Export and backup
You choose when and where to export, share or back up content. Full backups do not use an app-specific password; protect them and manage external copies separately.
8. Subscriptions and retention
Apple handles subscription payments, restoration, cancellation and refunds. The app reads verified entitlement status. Deleted items are removed after 30 days or may be permanently deleted sooner. Removing the app may remove local data; system and external backups must be managed separately.
9. Your rights and contact
You can view, correct, export or delete records in the app, and change advertising privacy choices where available. For data held by third parties, consult their policies or contact us.
