2. Scope
This policy applies to the LinguaFlow website and apps connected to the LinguaFlow service, provided by Guilin Sanyu Technology Co., Ltd.
3. Information we process
Registration requires a username and password; email and phone number are optional, as is a nickname. Passwords are stored as hashes. We process course choices, learning sessions, answers, results, time spent, scores, review status and preferences to provide sign-in, progress synchronization, review and reports. Servers may log IP address, request time, path and response status for security and troubleshooting.
4. System features and local storage
The website uses session and security cookies; disabling them may prevent sign-in. The iOS app stores credentials in the system Keychain and keeps settings and caches on the device. Signing out does not delete your server account or learning records. Read-aloud uses device or browser speech synthesis; network use depends on the selected voice service.
5. Third-party services
Infrastructure providers may process necessary information for hosting and operations. Browser, operating system and speech services are managed by their respective providers. We do not disclose personal information to unrelated third parties except to provide the service, comply with law or with your consent. We do not sell personal information or use learning records for targeted advertising.
6. Retention and security
Account and learning data are stored on the server for as long as needed to provide the service. We use HTTPS, password hashing and access controls. After a deletion request is completed, data no longer needed is deleted or anonymized, except where retention is required by law. Operational logs and backups are retained as needed for security and recovery.
7. Your rights
You can view or change your nickname, email, phone number, password and learning preferences in settings. To access, export, correct or delete your account and associated data, or withdraw optional information, contact contact@tricosmos.cn. We may need to verify your identity; do not send passwords or verification codes. Uninstalling the app does not delete your account.
8. Minors
Minors should use the service with their guardian’s knowledge and guidance and obtain consent before providing personal information. Guardians may contact us about accessing or deleting relevant information.
9. Policy updates
We will update this policy and provide appropriate notice of material changes to data practices, and obtain consent separately where required by law. For privacy questions, contact contact@tricosmos.cn.
