2. Scope and license
These terms apply to the Nature Sleep iOS app. Apps obtained through the App Store are subject to Apple’s standard end user license agreement (EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ . These terms describe the app and subscriptions and do not replace the standard EULA or applicable consumer rights.
3. Services
Nature Sleep provides natural soundscapes, scene visuals, favorites, a sleep timer and wake-up alarms. The catalog contains 100 scenes: 6 free scenes are included and 94 premium scenes are downloaded on demand. Features depend on the version available.
4. Content and use
You must have the right to use content you import, record or share, respect privacy and copyright, and not process or distribute unlawful content. Scenes and audio are subject to applicable intellectual property rights and licenses; attribution is available in Audio Credits.
5. Data and storage
Your subscription does not sync local favorites, mixes or alarms between devices; uninstalling the app may remove them. Save what you need before changing devices or deleting the app, and manage system backups or external copies separately.
6. Membership, billing and cancellation
Monthly and annual subscriptions provide the same benefits: 94 premium scenes, saving custom mixes, offline listening to downloaded premium scenes and an ad-free experience. Premium scenes must first be downloaded online and require an active entitlement for access. Prices and billing periods are shown on the purchase page. Payment is charged to your Apple Account upon confirmation; subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple Account settings. After cancellation, access continues through the paid period; deleting the app does not cancel the subscription. After reinstalling, restore purchases using the original account. Apple handles refunds under its rules; refunds, revocation or expiration may end access.
7. Third parties and permissions
Third-party websites, stores and system services are subject to their own terms. Alarms depend on system permission and device status. You can manage permissions; features may also depend on network or device conditions.
8. Intended use
The app supports relaxation. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions, detect sleep or provide a sleep score. Listen at a comfortable volume. Verify records and reminders, and seek appropriate professional advice for health or other professional decisions.
