2. Application and acceptance
Welcome to 24 Points: Math Challenge (the app). These terms cover use, advertising and VIP purchases between you and us. Read them before use; if you disagree, do not install or stop using the app.
These terms apply together with the 24 Points Privacy Policy. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (standard EULA) and App Store terms also apply to App Store downloads; these terms do not replace Apple's standard EULA.
3. Service
The app is a math puzzle game for iPhone and iPad: combine four numbers with addition, subtraction, multiplication, division and parentheses to make 24. Simple, classic, timed, same-screen versus and solver modes are available. Core games and solving work offline without registration or login.
The free version provides limited hints, with more earned by solving puzzles independently. VIP unlocks unlimited hints and reduces ads; see VIP Purchase and Restoration below. Ads, purchases and restoration require internet access.
4. License and conduct
Subject to these terms and applicable Apple terms, you may use the app on Apple devices you own or control for personal learning and entertainment. The software and its content are licensed, not sold. You must not:
- Use the app unlawfully or to infringe the legitimate rights of others;
- Copy, distribute, rent or resell the app or its interface and puzzle arrangements in bulk without permission;
- Use scripts, tampering or purchase-verification bypasses to obtain unpaid VIP entitlements or interfere with advertising;
- Reverse engineer, decompile or adapt the app without authorization, except where expressly permitted by law.
5. Advertising
The free version may show app-open, banner and interstitial ads. Third-party ads do not imply our guarantee of products, services or claims. Assess content and transaction risks on third-party pages or apps yourself.

6. VIP purchase and restoration
VIP is an optional non-consumable in-app purchase providing unlimited hints while the app operates and the purchase remains valid. Banners and interstitials are removed; app-open ads appear at most once per calendar day. VIP is not a subscription, does not renew and does not guarantee a completely ad-free app.
Prices are shown on your region's App Store purchase page. Purchases, payments, refunds and restoration follow Apple's rules; we do not collect payments or process refunds directly. VIP may be removed after a refund, revocation or failed verification.
After reinstalling or changing devices, restore purchases on the VIP page in Settings using the Apple account used to purchase. Local hint balances are not proof of purchase. Family Sharing depends on the actual App Store product configuration.
7. Content and intellectual property
Intellectual property in the app, interface design, icons, sounds and puzzle arrangements belongs to us or the relevant rights holders. You receive a license under these and applicable Apple terms, not a transfer of intellectual property.
Puzzles and solutions are for mathematical practice and entertainment. Please email us if you find an error.
8. Local data and privacy
Hint balances, sound and haptic settings stay on your device. We may be unable to restore them after uninstalling or clearing data; use device backups as needed. VIP entitlements depend on Apple-verified transactions.

9. Service changes and discontinuation
We may update the app, gameplay, hint rules or ad display to improve the experience, fix problems or comply with laws and platform rules, and aim to explain important changes in release notes.
You may uninstall and stop using the app at any time. If services must end, we will give advance notice in the app or on the App Store where reasonably practicable. Purchases and refunds follow Apple's rules and applicable law.
10. Service information and liability
We reasonably maintain app stability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation on all devices and systems. Network, device, system or Apple service problems may affect ads, purchases and restoration.
These terms do not exclude or limit consumer rights or liabilities that applicable law does not permit us to exclude or limit. Contact us through the channels on this page if you encounter a problem.
11. Apple platform terms
This agreement is between you and us, not Apple; we provide the app, maintenance and support. App Store downloads, device usage rules, purchases, refunds and Apple accounts remain governed by Apple's standard EULA and related service terms.
Apple and its subsidiaries do not provide the app services described here. You must also comply with applicable third-party terms, including network operator terms.
12. Use by minors
Minors should use the app with guardian consent and guidance. Guardians should manage advertising links and in-app purchases using device purchase restrictions and privacy settings.
13. Agreement updates
We may update these terms for legal, platform or feature changes and publish the updated date here. Significant changes are announced appropriately in app notices or release notes. Stop using the app if you disagree.
14. Governing law and disputes
The formation, validity, interpretation and dispute resolution of these terms are governed by PRC law, excluding Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Seek friendly consultation first; unresolved disputes may be brought before a competent people's court.
