2. Scope
This policy covers the Nature Sleep iOS app. No registration or sign-in is required, and we do not maintain a personal cloud profile.
3. On-device data
Favorites, mixes, alarms, language and appearance settings, last-played scene, listening history and downloads stay on your device. Listening history is not sleep monitoring or a health assessment. We do not collect microphone recordings, health data or precise location.
4. Network and downloads
Fetching the catalog, artwork and scene packages connects to our content delivery service. Network providers receive the IP address, requested resource path and connection information needed to serve the request. We do not attach your favorites, mixes, alarms or listening history to these requests.
5. Purchases
Apple handles subscriptions. The app uses StoreKit to verify transactions and entitlement. We do not receive payment card details or your Apple Account password. Apple processes purchases and refunds under its own policies.
6. Advertising
When advertising is available, the free version uses Google Mobile Ads and User Messaging Platform. These services may process IP address and approximate location, device or advertising identifiers, ad impressions and clicks, usage interactions, crash and performance information for advertising, measurement and service improvement. We do not send listening history or alarms to advertisers. Privacy choices are available in Display & Privacy when required by the service. Google policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy .
7. Permissions and choices
Wake-up alarms use AlarmKit only after you enable them and grant permission. Revoke permission in iOS Settings. Delete downloads, change preferences, or uninstall to remove local app data; device backups follow your backup settings. There is no app account to delete.
8. Retention and sharing
Local data remains until deleted or the app is uninstalled. Support correspondence is retained as needed to handle the request and applicable obligations. Apple, advertising and network providers handle their records under their own policies. We do not otherwise share your local profile except as required by law.
9. Rights, minors and contact
Contact contact@tricosmos.cn to request access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold. For data handled directly by Apple or Google, also use their account settings and privacy policies. Minors should use the app and make purchases with guardian guidance. Material changes will be reflected here and in app notices.
