These terms apply to FoliaRead and explain its services, rules of use, and related rights and obligations.
3. Features and availability
FoliaRead is a personal reading tool. Import files you have rights to use or connect sources you choose. Progress, bookmarks and notes stay on your device without an account. Full local backups are supported; no built-in commercial library or cross-device cloud sync is provided. Features may vary by platform and version.
4. Content you provide
You must have the right to use content you import, record or share, respect others' privacy and copyright, and not use the product to process or distribute unlawful content.
5. Storage and backup
Keep important data safe and check exported results. Before changing devices, uninstalling, restoring or deleting, confirm that a usable backup exists. Manage external files and system backups separately.
6. Purchases and subscriptions
VIP automatically renewing subscription benefits, prices and periods are shown on the purchase page. The relevant store handles purchases and refunds. Manage or cancel the subscription in the purchasing platform’s account settings; deleting the app does not cancel it.
7. Third parties and permissions
Third-party websites, stores and system services are subject to their own terms. You can manage system permissions; functionality may depend on your device, system and network.
8. Limits of use
The product is provided for its stated purposes. Verify records, recognition, estimates and reminders. For health, financial or other professional decisions, seek advice suited to your circumstances; entertainment and assistance features do not guarantee professional outcomes.
