2. Scope and operator
This policy applies to Lunemi iOS 1.0.0, provided by Guilin Sanyu Technology Co., Ltd. Lunemi is for adults, offering period, physical sensation, mood and sleep records and cycle reviews without an account. The developer does not collect health records through the app, operate health-data servers, automatically upload or sync records, or integrate advertising, behavioral analytics or tracking SDKs.
3. Content processed only on your device
Period dates, flow, symptoms, moods, sleep, notes, statistics and estimates stay in an encrypted local database. Keys and app-lock credentials use the system Keychain. The developer cannot read local records, app passwords or backup passwords.
4. Apple system services and purchases
Apple App Store and StoreKit handle purchases, renewals, refunds and restoration. The app verifies Apple's product and transaction information locally to determine subscription and theme entitlements without sending transactions to developer servers. Apple processes account and payment data under its policy; Lunemi gives the developer no bank card information. Reminders use local notifications. Face ID and Touch ID are performed by the system; the app receives no biometric templates.
5. Permissions and choices
Notifications and biometrics are requested only when enabled. Change authorization in system settings. Declining notifications does not affect records; an app password works without biometrics. No contacts, location, camera or microphone permissions are needed. You initiate file imports, exports and sharing through system pickers or menus.
6. Export, sharing and backup
Encrypted backups use a separate password you set and a location you choose; the developer cannot recover lost passwords. CSV, JSON and PDF exports are plaintext and not protected by the backup password. After export or sharing, the selected storage provider or recipient manages the files under its policy. Protect copies yourself; deleting local records does not delete external files.
7. Retention, deletion and changing devices
View, correct or delete records in the app, or clear local data through Privacy & Data. No developer-side health profile or app account needs deletion. Confirm a usable encrypted backup before changing devices or uninstalling; do not assume automatic sync or recovery. Manage system backups, file providers and exported copies separately.
8. Adult users
Lunemi is for adults aged 18 and over and is not intended for minors. Record and process only information you are authorized to handle; avoid entering others' information unrelated to personal record keeping.

For privacy and support, email contact@tricosmos.cn. Voluntary emails, questions and attachments are used to respond and handle requests. Do not send passwords, complete health records or unrelated private information. Request access, correction or deletion of support-email data through this address. We update this policy when processing changes and notify or request consent where needed.
