2. Scope and operator
These terms apply to Lunemi iOS 1.0.0, provided by Guilin Sanyu Technology Co., Ltd. for adults aged 18 or over. App Store download and use licenses follow Apple's standard EULA: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/ .
3. Features and limits of use
Lunemi provides period history, daily physical and mood logs, cycle trends, local reminders, app lock, encrypted local storage and manual encrypted backups. Cycle estimates use existing records for personal tracking and review only, without ovulation predictions, diagnosis, treatment or contraception. Consult a qualified professional for health concerns.
4. Content you provide
You must have the right to use content you import, record or share and respect others' privacy and copyright. Do not use this product to process or distribute unlawful content.
5. Storage, backup and recovery
You keep records on your device. The developer holds no health-data copies and cannot recover lost app or backup passwords. Confirm a usable encrypted backup before changing devices, uninstalling or clearing data. Restoration replaces local business data after confirmation. CSV, JSON and PDF exports cannot replace a restorable encrypted backup; manage external copies separately.
6. Subscriptions and theme purchases
Core records, encrypted backups and CSV/JSON export are free. Lunemi Pro offers monthly and annual auto-renewing subscriptions at the same service level, unlocking deeper analysis, PDF reports and premium themes. Themes can also be purchased individually once. Prices, billing periods and availability follow Apple's purchase confirmation; no free trial is offered. Subscriptions renew unless canceled in Apple account settings; deleting the app does not cancel. After cancellation, access lasts until Apple's verified expiry, then Pro ends. Individually purchased themes do not depend on Pro. Restore purchases in My or Pro. Apple handles payments and refunds.
7. System services and availability
Purchases, notifications, biometrics, file import, export and sharing depend on Apple system capabilities. Availability depends on permissions, devices, network and store status. External websites and storage services apply their own policies.
8. Limits of records and reminders
Verify records, estimates, reminders and exports. Cycle estimates may be unavailable with insufficient or highly variable data and are not actual periods. Notifications depend on system scheduling and permissions; do not rely on them for time-critical medical or emergency reminders.
