2. 适用范围与版本
本政策适用于桂林市三宇科技有限责任公司提供的“今日汇率 · TodayRate”Android 应用（包名 cn.tricosmos.todayrate，1.0.0 及后续适用版本），包括 Google Play 和直接 APK 下载渠道。两个渠道使用相同的汇率、广告与本地存储功能。iOS 版本适用其单独的隐私政策。
本应用无需注册或登录，不提供账户体系、交易、贷款、投资或支付服务。本 Android 版本没有应用内购买，未接入 Google Play Billing。
3. 设备内的数据
基准币种、目标币种及顺序、收藏、最近选择的币种、语言偏好、已取得的汇率及历史数据保存在设备应用沙盒。输入金额和换算结果在本机计算；金额不会随汇率请求发送，不建立金额历史档案。
本机还保存广告同意状态和最近开屏广告展示时间，用于尊重隐私选择与控制广告频率。我们没有接收这些本机偏好和缓存的应用后台，也未接入独立用户行为统计 SDK。
4. 汇率请求
应用通过 HTTPS 直接向 Frankfurter（https://frankfurter.dev/）请求货币目录、最新日度参考汇率、历史日期或区间。请求包含基准与目标币种、日期或区间；服务及其网络基础设施会接收 IP 地址及连接所需的常规请求信息。
不附加换算金额、完整收藏列表、最近使用记录、姓名或账户资料。第三方可根据自身规则处理网络日志；我们不能替其承诺保存期限。已缓存的结果可离线查看，未缓存内容需要联网。
5. Google AdMob 与广告隐私选择
本应用通过 Google LLC 的 Google Mobile Ads SDK（当前 25.5.0）展示横幅与开屏广告，通过 Google User Messaging Platform（UMP，当前 4.0.0）获取和管理适用地区的广告同意。应用启动时更新同意信息，必要时展示隐私消息；只有 UMP 允许请求广告后才启动广告服务。
Google 广告 SDK 会为广告投放与衡量、分析及防欺诈收集和共享 IP 地址（可推断大致位置）、应用与广告互动（例如启动、点击、视频观看）、应用/SDK 性能与诊断信息，以及 Android 广告 ID、应用集 ID 和适用的设备/账户相关标识。应用不请求精确定位，不向广告服务主动发送换算金额、完整收藏或币种使用记录。
UMP 处理网络与设备请求信息、同意状态和隐私界面互动。Google 数据通过 TLS 加密传输。详见 https://policies.google.com/privacy 、https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads 及 https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure 。
在需要提供隐私选项的地区，“设置 → 广告隐私选项”可重新打开选择界面。拒绝可选的个性化广告同意不影响换算功能，但不意味着所有广告或必要防欺诈处理都会停止。你也可以通过 Android 系统广告设置重置或删除广告 ID；具体入口因系统版本而异。点击广告后，目标服务按自己的政策处理信息。
6. 权限与第三方网页
应用使用互联网和网络状态权限；Google 广告 SDK 的合并清单还包含广告 ID 以及系统广告服务相关权限。它们用于联网与广告服务。本应用不申请通讯录、相机、麦克风、短信、电话记录或精确位置权限，也不扫描个人文件。
只有主动打开银行入口时，应用才通过 Android Custom Tabs 或浏览器访问相应官方网页。银行、浏览器及网页所使用的服务可能处理 IP 地址、浏览器信息、访问记录、Cookie 与网页存储。我们不读取银行网页中的密码、表单或交易记录；网页数据可通过浏览器设置管理。
8. 保存、删除与安全
本机偏好保留到你修改、清除应用存储或卸载应用。汇率与历史缓存会更新并按容量淘汰，不作为长期交易档案。应用关闭云备份；某些系统的设备迁移行为由系统实现控制，迁移副本或浏览器记录应在对应设置中另行管理。
可在 Android“设置 → 应用 → 今日汇率 → 存储”清除应用数据。没有账号，无需注销账户。清除本机数据不等于删除 Google 或其他服务已依法保存的信息；相关请求可通过其隐私渠道提出。
我们采用系统应用沙盒、HTTPS 通信及必要访问限制保护信息。没有安全措施能够保证绝对安全。发生个人信息安全事件时，我们将按适用要求采取处置、通知和报告措施。
9. 联系、权利与支持
如发送支持邮件，我们处理邮箱地址、邮件正文及你主动提供的附件，仅用于处理请求、必要核实和争议处理。请勿发送密码、银行卡等无关资料。事项结束且无依法保留需要后，删除或匿名化相关信息。
你可依法请求查阅、更正、删除、复制或解释我们持有的信息，撤回相关同意。请联系 contact@tricosmos.cn。我们将在 15 个工作日内答复，必要时仅核实与请求相称的信息。撤回同意不影响此前处理的效力；我们无法直接读取或修改仅在你设备上的数据。

10. 未成年人及政策更新
本应用面向一般成年用户，不以儿童为目标受众。若监护人发现儿童未经同意提供个人信息，请联系上述邮箱，我们将核实并协助处理。
信息处理方式或服务发生变化时，会更新本页面及日期；重大变化会通过版本说明或应用提示告知，并按适用要求重新取得同意。继续使用本应用不替代新增可选处理所需的同意。
11. English privacy notice
Effective and updated: October 17, 2026. This notice applies to TodayRate for Android, package cn.tricosmos.todayrate, distributed through Google Play and direct APK download. The controller is Guilin Sanyu Technology Co., Ltd (桂林市三宇科技有限责任公司), Room 102, Unit 2, Building 2, No. 34 Putuo Road, Qixing District, Guilin, China. Contact: contact@tricosmos.cn.
No account or sign-in is required. This Android release has no in-app purchases or Play Billing. Amount conversion happens locally. Currency choices, favorites, ordering, recent selections, language, rate/history caches, consent status and ad-frequency timestamps are kept in the app sandbox. We do not run an app backend that receives these local records or use a separate behavioral analytics SDK.
Rate queries go directly over HTTPS to Frankfurter (https://frankfurter.dev/). The service receives currency codes, dates or ranges, IP address and normal connection data, but not your entered amount or complete preference history. Cached information can be used offline. Providers manage their own network logs and retention.
Google Mobile Ads SDK 25.5.0 supplies banner and app-open ads; Google UMP 4.0.0 manages applicable consent. Google automatically collects and shares IP-derived approximate location, app/ad interactions, performance and diagnostics, advertising ID, app set ID and applicable device/account identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. We do not request precise location or send conversion amounts or full favorites to advertising services. Data sent by Google Mobile Ads is encrypted in transit with TLS. Where required, UMP shows a consent message before ad requests are permitted. Settings provides advertising privacy options when required. Declining optional personalized-ad consent does not block currency conversion and may still allow limited advertising or necessary fraud prevention. Android settings can reset or delete the advertising ID. Google and Frankfurter may process information outside your country; their policies govern their own retention and rights channels.
Opening an official bank page uses Android Custom Tabs or a browser only on your action. The bank/browser may process IP address, browser details, cookies and visit data under its own policies. We cannot read bank credentials or transactions. The app requests networking and advertising-related permissions, not contacts, camera, microphone, messages, call logs or precise location.
Clear app storage in Android settings or uninstall to remove local app records. Caches are refreshed or evicted. Cloud backup is disabled, while some device-transfer behavior depends on the operating system. Browser data, transferred copies and provider-held data must be managed separately. There is no account to delete. Contact us to access, correct, delete or obtain an explanation of information we hold; we aim to respond within 15 working days. Support email content and voluntary attachments are used only to resolve requests and retained only as needed or legally required.
We do not sell personal information or publish local usage records. The app is intended for general adult audiences, not directed to children. Contact us about any child data concern. We use app sandboxing, HTTPS and access restrictions; absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Material changes will be announced through release notes or app notices, and new consent obtained where required. This policy does not replace legally required consent.
