2. 適用範圍與版本
本政策適用於桂林市三宇科技有限責任公司提供的“今日匯率 · TodayRate”Android 應用（包名 cn.tricosmos.todayrate，1.0.0 及後續適用版本），包括 Google Play 和直接 APK 下載渠道。兩個渠道使用相同的匯率、廣告與本地儲存功能。iOS 版本適用其單獨的隱私政策。
本應用無需註冊或登入，不提供帳戶體系、交易、貸款、投資或支付服務。本 Android 版本沒有應用內購買，未接入 Google Play Billing。
3. 裝置內的資料
基準幣種、目標幣種及順序、收藏、最近選擇的幣種、語言偏好、已取得的匯率及歷史資料儲存在裝置應用沙盒。輸入金額和換算結果在本機計算；金額不會隨匯率請求傳送，不建立金額歷史檔案。
本機還儲存廣告同意狀態和最近開屏廣告展示時間，用於尊重隱私選擇與控制廣告頻率。我們沒有接收這些本機偏好和快取的應用後臺，也未接入獨立使用者行為統計 SDK。
4. 匯率請求
應用通過 HTTPS 直接向 Frankfurter（https://frankfurter.dev/）請求貨幣目錄、最新日度參考匯率、歷史日期或區間。請求包含基準與目標幣種、日期或區間；服務及其網路基礎設施會接收 IP 地址及連線所需的常規請求資訊。
不附加換算金額、完整收藏列表、最近使用記錄、姓名或帳戶資料。第三方可根據自身規則處理網路日誌；我們不能替其承諾儲存期限。已快取的結果可離線檢視，未快取內容需要聯網。
5. Google AdMob 與廣告隱私選擇
本應用通過 Google LLC 的 Google Mobile Ads SDK（當前 25.5.0）展示橫幅與開屏廣告，通過 Google User Messaging Platform（UMP，當前 4.0.0）獲取和管理適用地區的廣告同意。應用啟動時更新同意資訊，必要時展示隱私訊息；只有 UMP 允許請求廣告後才啟動廣告服務。
Google 廣告 SDK 會為廣告投放與衡量、分析及防欺詐收集和共享 IP 地址（可推斷大致位置）、應用與廣告互動（例如啟動、點選、影片觀看）、應用/SDK 效能與診斷資訊，以及 Android 廣告 ID、應用集 ID 和適用的裝置/帳戶相關標識。應用不請求精確定位，不向廣告服務主動傳送換算金額、完整收藏或幣種使用記錄。
UMP 處理網路與裝置請求資訊、同意狀態和隱私介面互動。Google 資料通過 TLS 加密傳輸。詳見 https://policies.google.com/privacy 、https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads 及 https://developers.google.com/admob/android/privacy/play-data-disclosure 。
在需要提供隱私選項的地區，“設定 → 廣告隱私選項”可重新開啟選擇介面。拒絕可選的個性化廣告同意不影響換算功能，但不意味著所有廣告或必要防欺詐處理都會停止。你也可以通過 Android 系統廣告設定重置或刪除廣告 ID；具體入口因系統版本而異。點選廣告後，目標服務按自己的政策處理資訊。
6. 權限與第三方網頁
應用使用網際網路和網路狀態權限；Google 廣告 SDK 的合併清單還包含廣告 ID 以及系統廣告服務相關權限。它們用於聯網與廣告服務。本應用不申請通訊錄、相機、麥克風、簡訊、電話記錄或精確位置權限，也不掃描個人檔案。
只有主動開啟銀行入口時，應用才通過 Android Custom Tabs 或瀏覽器訪問相應官方網頁。銀行、瀏覽器及網頁所使用的服務可能處理 IP 地址、瀏覽器資訊、訪問記錄、Cookie 與網頁儲存。我們不讀取銀行網頁中的密碼、表單或交易記錄；網頁資料可通過瀏覽器設定管理。
8. 儲存、刪除與安全
本機偏好保留到你修改、清除應用儲存或解除安裝應用。匯率與歷史快取會更新並按容量淘汰，不作為長期交易檔案。應用關閉雲備份；某些系統的裝置遷移行為由系統實現控制，遷移副本或瀏覽器記錄應在對應設定中另行管理。
可在 Android“設定 → 應用 → 今日匯率 → 儲存”清除應用資料。沒有帳號，無需註銷帳戶。清除本機資料不等於刪除 Google 或其他服務已依法儲存的資訊；相關請求可通過其隱私渠道提出。
我們採用系統應用沙盒、HTTPS 通訊及必要訪問限制保護資訊。沒有安全措施能夠保證絕對安全。發生個人資訊安全事件時，我們將按適用要求採取處置、通知和報告措施。
9. 聯絡、權利與支援
如傳送支援郵件，我們處理郵箱地址、郵件正文及你主動提供的附件，僅用於處理請求、必要核實和爭議處理。請勿傳送密碼、銀行卡等無關資料。事項結束且無依法保留需要後，刪除或匿名化相關資訊。
你可依法請求查閱、更正、刪除、複製或解釋我們持有的資訊，撤回相關同意。請聯絡 contact@tricosmos.cn。我們將在 15 個工作日內答覆，必要時僅核實與請求相稱的資訊。撤回同意不影響此前處理的效力；我們無法直接讀取或修改僅在你裝置上的資料。

10. 未成年人及政策更新
本應用面向一般成年使用者，不以兒童為目標受眾。若監護人發現兒童未經同意提供個人資訊，請聯絡上述郵箱，我們將核實並協助處理。
資訊處理方式或服務發生變化時，會更新本頁面及日期；重大變化會通過版本說明或應用提示告知，並按適用要求重新取得同意。繼續使用本應用不替代新增可選處理所需的同意。
11. English privacy notice
Effective and updated: October 17, 2026. This notice applies to TodayRate for Android, package cn.tricosmos.todayrate, distributed through Google Play and direct APK download. The controller is Guilin Sanyu Technology Co., Ltd (桂林市三宇科技有限責任公司), Room 102, Unit 2, Building 2, No. 34 Putuo Road, Qixing District, Guilin, China. Contact: contact@tricosmos.cn.
No account or sign-in is required. This Android release has no in-app purchases or Play Billing. Amount conversion happens locally. Currency choices, favorites, ordering, recent selections, language, rate/history caches, consent status and ad-frequency timestamps are kept in the app sandbox. We do not run an app backend that receives these local records or use a separate behavioral analytics SDK.
Rate queries go directly over HTTPS to Frankfurter (https://frankfurter.dev/). The service receives currency codes, dates or ranges, IP address and normal connection data, but not your entered amount or complete preference history. Cached information can be used offline. Providers manage their own network logs and retention.
Google Mobile Ads SDK 25.5.0 supplies banner and app-open ads; Google UMP 4.0.0 manages applicable consent. Google automatically collects and shares IP-derived approximate location, app/ad interactions, performance and diagnostics, advertising ID, app set ID and applicable device/account identifiers for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. We do not request precise location or send conversion amounts or full favorites to advertising services. Data sent by Google Mobile Ads is encrypted in transit with TLS. Where required, UMP shows a consent message before ad requests are permitted. Settings provides advertising privacy options when required. Declining optional personalized-ad consent does not block currency conversion and may still allow limited advertising or necessary fraud prevention. Android settings can reset or delete the advertising ID. Google and Frankfurter may process information outside your country; their policies govern their own retention and rights channels.
Opening an official bank page uses Android Custom Tabs or a browser only on your action. The bank/browser may process IP address, browser details, cookies and visit data under its own policies. We cannot read bank credentials or transactions. The app requests networking and advertising-related permissions, not contacts, camera, microphone, messages, call logs or precise location.
Clear app storage in Android settings or uninstall to remove local app records. Caches are refreshed or evicted. Cloud backup is disabled, while some device-transfer behavior depends on the operating system. Browser data, transferred copies and provider-held data must be managed separately. There is no account to delete. Contact us to access, correct, delete or obtain an explanation of information we hold; we aim to respond within 15 working days. Support email content and voluntary attachments are used only to resolve requests and retained only as needed or legally required.
We do not sell personal information or publish local usage records. The app is intended for general adult audiences, not directed to children. Contact us about any child data concern. We use app sandboxing, HTTPS and access restrictions; absolute security cannot be guaranteed. Material changes will be announced through release notes or app notices, and new consent obtained where required. This policy does not replace legally required consent.
